Baltimore Teacher Faces Backlash Over Kink Videos With Prosthetics

James Stilipec, 50, is a high school English teacher who shared fetish-themed content on public social media accounts.

For weeks, a quiet corner of Baltimore’s public-school system has been at the center of an unusually charged online controversy—one involving questions about professional boundaries, digital identity, and where a teacher’s private persona collides with public expectations.

James Roman Stilipec, a 50-year-old ninth-grade English teacher at Reach! Partnership School 341, has become the focus of intense scrutiny after social media users uncovered a series of videos in which he role-plays as a heavily pregnant woman with exaggerated prosthetic breasts. The teacher, who uses the name “Jay Aress” online and identifies as non-binary, has posted content involving a silicone pregnancy belly, a breastplate sized dramatically larger than his already sizeable 36DDD breast implants, and fantasy scenarios involving imagined twins.

The original viral clip—shared by Gays Against Groomers, a conservative activist group—shows Stilipec gently cradling a large prosthetic stomach while using the hashtag #jayandthetwins. The video circulated swiftly across platforms before being amplified by several commentators and later highlighted in reporting shared through outlets such as the New York Post on X .

A Private Persona That’s Not Entirely Private

Although nothing indicates Stilipec has worn the prosthetic materials in the classroom, critics seized on a separate image showing him in a low-cut top beside a school bulletin board—an image that appears to have been posted publicly on one of his social accounts. According to the feminist news site Reduxx, the classroom photo prompted questions about whether Stilipec was blurring personal and professional lines, even unintentionally.

Stilipec maintains that his online persona is entirely separate from his teaching, describing the content as personal expression unrelated to his work with students. In videos shared on platforms including TikTok and YouTube, he refers to his 36DDD implants as “hooters,” explains his brief experience with hormonal therapy, and outlines why he chose not to pursue further medical transition.

“Roping the Public Into a Fetish,” Critics Claim

The public outcry intensified after a contentious TikTok video call surfaced, in which angry participants confronted Stilipec directly. The clip—later uploaded to YouTube—shows one commenter accusing the teacher of “roping the public into their fetish,” a charge Stilipec forcefully rejected. Others urged the school to terminate his employment altogether.

The controversy echoes the uproar surrounding Kayla Lemieux, the Canadian high-school shop teacher whose use of extremely large prosthetic breasts triggered a global debate about workplace attire, identity, and the limits of expression in educational settings. Stilipec’s breastplate—a size 36M—bears similarities to the one Lemieux wore, though there is no indication Stilipec ever brought such materials onto school grounds.

A Complicated Digital Footprint

Stilipec’s online life stretches beyond cosplay and role-play. Under the name Jay Aress, he runs a YouTube channel featuring video-game streams, typically filmed in low-cut blouses that accentuate his implants. Online book listings also attribute to him several BDSM-themed novels—including Total Slave, Master Mark, and Angel’s Continuing Enslavement—suggesting a long-standing creative interest in adult-themed writing.

His LinkedIn profile states he is a U.S. Navy veteran and previously married to a woman, adding further layers to an already complex personal biography now placed under a harsh public spotlight.

Silence From the School System

As the story gains traction, key institutions remain quiet. Attempts to reach the school, the Baltimore City Public Schools district, and the local PTA Council have reportedly gone unanswered. Without official comment, the controversy continues to be shaped largely by social-media interpretation—a precarious environment where nuance often evaporates.

A Broader Debate, Not Easily Contained

The situation sits at the crossroads of several fraught national conversations: the evolving understanding of gender identity, the responsibilities teachers shoulder both inside and outside the classroom, and the unprecedented transparency social platforms impose on anyone with an online presence.

It also raises timeless questions with no easy answers:

Where does personal freedom end and professional responsibility begin?

Who gets to draw that boundary—and based on what standards?

And in the age of ubiquitous digital footprints, can any educator truly maintain a private life?

For now, Stilipec remains employed, the school remains silent, and the debate continues to unfold in real time. What’s clear is that this incident—messy, multilayered, and emotionally charged—won’t fade quickly. It taps into anxieties far larger than one teacher’s social-media habits, touching on cultural fissures that run straight through the country’s most fundamental institutions: classrooms, communities, and the public square.
